Who's Big Nanny?

Big Nanny's ® Baked Goods, LLC, is located in the town of Guilford, Connecticut. My Father's mom was my Big Nanny. We called her Big Nanny because she was, yes BIG. Her Biscotti are just like her; BIG and SOFT! Their unique texture, flavor, fragrance and size, separate them from all other biscotti on the market today. Unlike the hard, dry pre-packaged style, Big Nanny's Biscotti offers a softer, surprisingly tastier, and more satisfying alternative to what's on the market today.

I've been baking Big Nanny's ® Biscotti for fourteen years! I would give them away to people as a way of saying "thank you." Family, friends, teachers, school bus drivers, church fundraisers, and social functions received them. Unknowingly, I was testing the market. Everyone loved them! And so the story goes that on December 18, 2002 Big Nanny's ® Bakery was born!

Big Nanny's ® Biscotti are baked in my own kitchen. They are hand-made and hand-cut to meet my high standards. They are twice baked but remain soft due to Big Nanny's ® secret recipe.

·                  Big Nanny's ® Biscotti freeze beautifully! Once brought to room temperature, they will be as fresh as the day you purchased them!

·                 They can be coarsely crumbed and used to top ice cream, yogurt, cobbler's, and cereal.

·                  They can be used to top muffins and cakes before baking and they can be finely crumbed and used to make cheese cake crusts.

There is never any waste with Big Nanny's ® Biscotti! Serve them with your favorite beverages. Coffee, cappuccino, espresso, tea, cider, or milk!

Big Nanny's ® Biscotti are of the soft gourmet, gift packaged style. My packaging is casual, yet elegant. A clear cellophane bag is filled with approximately one pound of Biscotti. Each bag is fastened by a colorful ribbon. None of my product is hidden. Their uniqueness and quality of freshness is evident.

Big Nanny's ® Biscotti is being sold to a wide variety of locations (please check web page for a store location near you). Big Nanny's ® Biscotti can be enjoyed alone or with family and friends. Because my packaging is so lovely, it is ready to be given as a gift at the time of purchase. How great is that!?
